Dispatch from the Front Line: In which we express gratitude in a really depressing rant
Don't worry, it's not ALL depressing, but, God, Jen. Wow. Really?! I asked you for something cheerful to end the year and you give me THAT?!
Hello, Line readers. We’ve done it! We’ve pulled together the last article you will receive from us in 2023. And what a year it was. What kind of year? Well, read on. You’ll see how we really feel.
We didn’t do a video this week, or a podcast, but we’d encourage you to check out our feeds and like/subscribe our older work, if you haven’t already. We will be back with bells on in the new year, so don’t miss an episode! You can find all our podcast feeds here, and our YouTube channel is here.
Subscribing, liking and leaving us a review is a huge help. Thank you!
Other than that, our only item of housekeeping is a schedule update: we will take all of the coming week off, and beginning the week of January 1st, we will begin running a series of articles about what The Line editors (and some of our contributors) are grateful for. It’s a nice to start to a year that may be bleak. So you’ll have that to look forward to, and that’s not nothing, right?
But for now, one last time for 2023, and with feeling, let’s get to the dispatch.
