They spent a lot of thought on best policies to reduce CO2. A lot of thought. They completely ignore the fact that CO2 is not a problem. Spending 200 Billions dollars for no gain is a problem. Even Freeland said all the financial drain "would not move the needle" on Global Warming. So the question isn't about the most effective policy to achieve lower Carbon emissions... The question is - why harm ourselves for a useless project?
