Sorry to hear that the full version was corrupted, but honestly appreciate you putting in the effort to produce this condensed version. All the best, and have a great weekend.
I just had to comment to say how much I loved the commentary about Jen's kids hitting the yellow line. Sorry you lost the original podcast but thanks for redoing it. Lots of food for thought here!
One of the reasons I really doubt I'll be able to vote NDP or Liberal in the next election is I can't trust them with defence or foreign affairs. Of course I can't trust the CPC with social issues or the environment. Robert Stanfield where are you!
Great commentary on the connections between lack of housing, immigration (which we mostly feel good about) and GDP trends. Like you said, no one cares when you talk about productivity. But no one will talk about a declining standard of living and the societal implications of that.
“Good writing needs a great editor” I’ve heard said. That should apply to the spoken word too. Your standard length podcast is too long and this one was just right. The dog who ate your original should be hired as your editor! Woof woof.

Newly paid up here. It’s great that you work through kids in the background. It makes my life situation seem normal too.
Love these podcasts. Only wish there were more of them.
Terrific podcast; I actually prefer the shorter, tighter version...sometimes the pod exceeds the time I can give it...maybe a happy medium?
